On entering this magnificent traditional styled villa you are greeted by a spectacular bright glazed double height entrance hall with a beautiful stairway to the first floor.

The entrance level is home to the large kitchen with a spacious dining area, the main lounge and an additional dining area.

Also on this floor, with its own private entrance, there is a guest bedroom and bathroom which is ideal for guest of staff accommodation.

The first floor is home to the master bedroom suite with its private en-suite, and 2 further bedrooms with one other bathroom.

The pool and gardens are south east facing, benefiting from all day sunshine. There are several sunny and shaded terraces and dining areas, with a built barbecue to ensure you can make the most of the Mediterranean lifestyle. The plot's elevated position ensures there are superb views out over the neighbourhood and down to the sea.

The kitchen was recently refurbished and the villa's exterior was totally repainted recently too.

A superb family home with a warm and cosy atmosphere!
