A unique place right on the promenade of Estepona, where you can live next to the sea all year round.

The homes are designed and built for living in the region’s mild and pleasant climate and enjoy everything from occasional holiday visits to a well-deserved golden retirement. The terraces are literally an extension of the living room and make the sea feel as part of your home.

The apartments are spacious and bright and built to a very high standard. The communal roof terrace includes a gym, sunbeds and a infinity style swimming pool with breathtaking views.

This development really gives the best of both worlds; beach front living in the heart of Estepona old time, and the luxury lifestyle and comfort that you expect from the Costa del Sol.
